ReadyKidSA (RKSA) partners have often talked about the potential of sharing data with each other as a means of strengthening RKSA's work. As mentioned in the last RKSA Quarterly Meeting held on January 30th, UWSA has asked Community Information Now (CINow) to support a structured process to determine whether data sharing currently makes sense, and if so, what that data sharing looks like. This Initial Interest Form is the first step in that process. 

We ask that you complete the form by Friday, February 20.

The purposes of this form are to learn:
  • which RKSA partners do and do not want to participate in further conversations about potential data-sharing within RKSA;
  • what kinds of data RKSA partners hold, and their initial sense of whether it could be shared under the right conditions;
  • what data RKSA partners might find useful if that data were shared by other partners;
  • what barriers RKSA partners see to sharing data and using shared data; and
  • capture insights, opportunities, and concerns RKSA partners have related to this initiative.
Your response doesn't commit you to any decision or action. Your identified responses won't be shared with anyone outside of Community Information Now (CINow), except to indicate to RKSA staff that you do or don't wish to participate in future conversations about data-sharing. Your responses will be aggregated with others to calculate overall statistics about interest in data-sharing conversations, and these aggregate numbers and percentages will be shared back to RKSA members.
 
Unless your organization is very large with departments and information systems that operate independent of each other, we ask that your organization submit only one response to the form. If you believe another person in your organization is better able to answer the questions in this form, please share the link with that person. You might also want to gather information from multiple people before responding.
